If you want change, read this. Very good discussion and case studies that will open your mind to all the ‘levers’ that you should use to effect change. Interesting examples woven through the book illustrate the concepts without getting too academic. Already trying to apply the principles.

Good Ideas. Solid Storytelling. Influence and Effect Positive Changes. A nice quick read with engaging stories mixing failed attempts and positive outcomes to some major issues. The authors have done a good job of weaving the stories throughout the book.
