  2. The most intuitive guide on mindfulness available. This is the book that allowed me to understand what mindfulness and meditation practices are all about. Instead of tuning out, open yourself up to that one thing you can focus on and appreciate it for what it is whether it's the sound of your breath or a drive in the country. Very practical advice.
